Choosing the right therapist can be a daunting process, I get it! 

We will start with a twenty minute phone consultation in which we will talk about what's going on in your life and how I can help. It will give you a chance to get a sense of my personality and what it's like talking to me. This time is focused on determining whether we are the right fit and answering your questions. At the end of the consultation we will work together to decide if scheduling an assessment is a good next step.
